Our approach
Setup, improvement and ongoing care.
We start by checking your current profile, business model and eligibility. The work depends on what already exists and what needs attention.
Creation and setup
Check for an existing listing, confirm the real business details and help eligible businesses prepare a profile. We support the verification process; Google decides the method and outcome.
Profile optimisation
Review categories, services, description, opening hours, website links and photographs. Keep the listing aligned with the business as it operates in the real world.
Ongoing management
Agree responsibility for information changes, updates, photographs and review responses. Use an achievable schedule based on the needs of the business.
Website and performance alignment
Check that linked pages explain the relevant services and coverage. Review available profile activity and website enquiries without treating every click as a lead.

-
01
Understand the opportunity
Agree the customers, services and commercial priorities that matter.
-
02
Set a realistic scope
Clarify the work, responsibilities and available time before starting.
-
03
Review useful progress
Use the evidence and your feedback to decide what deserves attention next.
What this means in practice
Illustrative example: A service business that visits customers needs accurate coverage and clear ways to get in touch. Adding keywords to its business name or listing an address where it does not operate is not a sound substitute for that information.
Before you decide
Your questions, answered.
Need more detail? Browse our SEO FAQs or tell us about your business.
Is Google Business Profile free?
Google provides Business Profiles without a listing fee. Our fees cover the agreed setup, optimisation or management work; they are not a payment to Google for a better position.
Is every business eligible?
No. Eligibility depends on how the business operates and its contact with customers. We check the current Google guidance before recommending a profile.
Can you guarantee verification or reinstatement?
No. Google controls verification, moderation and reinstatement. We can discuss the evidence and work required, but cannot promise an approval or timescale.
Can you manage customer reviews?
We can help with a process for requesting genuine feedback and preparing responses. We do not create fake reviews or promise removal of legitimate negative feedback.
Will adding service areas make us rank in each one?
A listed service area is not a ranking guarantee. We consider your real coverage, profile information, website and competition together.
